About This Product

This plane barrel uses a knife holder mechanism developed by Kanefusa to automatically set a replacement blade using centrifugal force. The replacement blade is easy to replace and can be set with high accuracy, resulting in a smooth machined surface. Also, the replacement blade can be used on both sides, making it economical.

- This is a knife holder mechanism developed by Kanefusa that automatically sets the replacement blade using centrifugal force. - Replacement blades can be easily replaced and set with high accuracy, resulting in a smooth machined surface. -Economical as the blade can be used on both sides. - Replacement blades can be easily replaced by removing the wedge using the included jig. - The spare blade comes with a chip breaker, so you can get a beautiful finished surface even when cutting with a reverse cut.

■Others

-Replaceable blade materials include U-H (carbide) and H-P (high speed steel). ・There are two ways to set the spare blade: side set and outer circumference set. - When using the "strong type" of the outer circumference set block, please use a replacement blade with a width of 12 mm. (12.7mm for side set cannot be used.)
