About This Product

Replaceable blades can be resharpened. The coating on the spare blade prevents resin (tarnish) from adhering to it, and it maintains its sharpness for a long time. It also eliminates the time loss required for fine adjustment of the blade position and improves the productivity of the processing line.

- Because the replacement blade is coated, resin (tar) does not easily adhere to it and it maintains its sharpness. ・Since the replacement blade is firmly attached to the highly rigid body, the sharpness is stable and high precision and high quality machining can be performed for a long period of time. - Noise during cutting can be reduced by distributing the cutting edge evenly around the circumference and creating a special spiral arrangement. In addition, since the load on the replacement blade is distributed, processing can be performed with low power. ・In order to maintain the same sharpness and long life as new, special regrinding techniques are required, so we handle regrinding.
