Since it is a replaceable blade type, there is no change in the dimensions of the blade due to re-sharpening. This eliminates the time required for troublesome machine dimension corrections, greatly increases work efficiency, and enables high-precision machining of male and female fittings at all times.

■Easy to replace spare blades

Replacement blades can be easily replaced by simply loosening the screw and removing it. In addition, the replacement blade can be easily and securely set by simply placing the replacement blade against the reference surface in the outer circumferential direction and against the pin in the lateral direction and tightening the screw.
