About This Product
A set of M-type center drill and M-type counter drill allows for machining of stepped holes at the same time. The length of the side-lock awl connected to the holder can be adjusted using the screw inside the shank.

・The total length is determined by the specification details at the time of order. (The total length of the center drill + counter drill combination is based on the standard length of the same type holder type M-shaped drill + 25 mm.)
・Flute length should be up to 8 times the shank diameter.
- φ3.2 to 4.1 is a solid carbide product due to its small diameter.
■M type counter drill
・The total length of the center drill + counter drill combination is based on the standard length of the same type holder type M-shaped drill + 25 mm.
・There are restrictions on the combinations of center drill and counter drill.
-Shank shape is side lock holder type or straight shank type.
■Side lock holder
・Available for left/right rotation. Color-coded: red for left-hand use, unmarked for right-hand use.
・Awl shank insertion depth 22mm
- In the case of side lock holder type, it can be used as Shinmaeda/Marunaka type or Heian/Touyo type in combination with side lock type M type holder (with left and right rotation). In this case, the total length will be longer. In addition, the side lock holder is sold separately.
・We do not manufacture one-touch type as this will impair product performance.
