About This Product
The dough is finished with a special stirring blade that has a good color and luster. The smooth fabric also increases volume.

◼︎Agitation blade
A standard stirring blade that offers a high-dimensional balance between stirring efficiency and cost performance. Mixing mugwort and sugar is also effective.
◼︎Inverter
Since the frequency can be changed (= the rotation speed of the blades can be changed), it is possible to achieve the optimal dough stirring state. (Optional)
◼︎Drive part behind the tank
The forward and reverse rotation of the blades (standard for touch panel type) improves stirring and mixing. Additionally, the drive unit has been simplified, and maintenance time has been reduced from a full day of work to about 2 to 3 hours. (compared to our previous product)
◼︎Inching switch
By pressing the two buttons at the same time, you can remove the fabric and clean the inside of the tank by turning the blades while keeping the lid open.
◼︎Front lid packing
By eliminating the gap between the blade and the front lid, we have eliminated the problem of raw dough.
◼︎Inlet handle
This is a new type of handle that reduces the burden of each work.
◼︎Piping
The piping, including the steam piping, is made of stainless steel and is rust-resistant, preventing foreign matter from entering due to corrosion and ensuring food hygiene.
◼︎Safety drainboard
This is a device that prevents hands from getting caught in consideration of worker safety. Normally, the blades stop when you open the inlet, but by using the grates, you can open the lid and check the stirring process.
◼︎Steam spout
By providing a steam hole and sending a lot of gentle steam into the tank, you can create fluffy dough that brings out the flavor of the flour.
