About This Product

■Features

・This is an integrated product that incorporates a disc spring washer into a hexagonal nut. - The elastic effect of the disc spring washer absorbs various vibrations, and the spring reaction force of the disc spring washer provides a locking effect. - By integrating the disc spring washer into the hexagonal nut, the assembly process is simplified and work efficiency is improved. ・Since it is a single product, installation work is easy and installation errors are prevented. ・Since the nut part and disc spring have a rotating structure, it reduces the risk of peeling off of the plating or paint on fasteners. ・As it is an all-metal product, it has excellent heat and cold resistance.

■Structure

It integrates two elements: a nut with a threaded inner surface and a dome-shaped washer with a spring effect. As you tighten the nut along the bolt, the dome-shaped washer will deform and become flat. At that time, the washer has a spring effect, so the force that tries to return in the opposite direction of tightening works, lifting the nut and generating a large frictional force between it and the bolt, which prevents it from loosening.

■Specifications

・SUSXM7 is used for stainless steel and TW35 (two types of pure titanium) is used for titanium. - The exterior is polished to a glossy finish by barrel polishing, so no chemicals are used.

■Notes

- The surface must have a metallic luster and be free from surface defects that impair mechanical properties. - Screw grade JIS B 2029 6H (grade 2). ・The mechanical properties and performance of stainless steel are in accordance with JIS B 1054-2.
