About This Product

■Features

A weld nut, also called a weld nut, is a nut that is tightly fixed to a metal steel plate using a special machine. There are two types of shapes: a projection type with a protrusion on the seat, and a type without a protrusion on the seat. Many of the products currently on the market are not JIS regulated products, but are industry standard products that predate the regulations.

■A wide range of products

We always have 1D type square weld nuts (without pilot) in stock in all sizes from M4 to M10.

■Started with pilot included.

・We have also begun manufacturing 1D square weld nuts (with pilot) in some sizes. - Attaching a pilot makes positioning easier during installation.

■Also available on request

・We can also manufacture welded nuts of other shapes, special shapes, and special materials. ・Can be produced from M3 to M12.

■Specifications

- Stainless steel is SUSXM7, SUS304J3, and titanium is TW35 (2 types of pure titanium). (Can be manufactured from SUS304, SUS316, iron, aluminum, brass, and titanium alloy.) - The exterior is polished to a glossy finish by barrel polishing, so no chemicals are used. (Passipate treatment is also possible.) ・Square weld nut type 1D (without pilot) is the standard type. 　

■Notes

- The surface must have a metallic luster and be free from surface defects that impair mechanical properties. - Screw grade: JIS B 0209 6H (grade 2). ・The mechanical properties and performance of stainless steel are in accordance with JIS B 1054-2. ・The height variation including welding protrusions shall be 0.1 mm or less. ・The offset of the screw holes shall be 0.2 mm or less. ・The inclination between the top surface of the nut and the shaft should be within 1°.
