Previously, if you wanted to add a locking function to a flowing product, you had to change the shape to add that function. TRES processing can minimize costs and add a locking function while maintaining the traditional shape.

■《Adjustment of screw-in torque》

TRES LOCK has a prevailing torque set according to JIS B 1056, but it is also possible to change the set value. At the first time, we will perform a prevailing torque test, confirm the specified torque, and create a test result report as reference material. We also check the anti-loosening performance using a NAS-type vibration tester, and create a test result report as documentation.
