The friction ring attached to the top side and the SURFACE HOLLOW structure that communicates with the screw hole on the bottom side provide a strong locking effect and stable axial force retention.

■Suitable for a wide range of scenes

In addition to being compatible with a wide variety of situations, the double structure prevents loosening and provides peace of mind and safety. The counterbore structure on the seat side strengthens the axial force retention force applied to the bolt, and by combining excellent stability with the friction ring's fall prevention effect, it can be used in a wide range of environments.

■Structure and features of “E-LOCK SMART NUT”

SMART NUT has a ring-shaped elastic plate (hereinafter referred to as a friction ring) that prevents free rotation, with a recess on the top side of the nut and a three-dimensional shape along the lead angle of the screw. While it is fixed and integrated by caulking, there is a counterbore on the bottom side of the nut that communicates with the screw hole. When tightening the SMART NUT, the friction ring applies strong pressure to the threads of the bolt on the top side of the nut, generating prevailing torque (frictional torque that prevents automatic rotation), and at the same time, pressure on the bottom side of the nut is generated. By distributing the pressure over the entire seat surface and symmetrically around the axis, even when tightening the nut with high torque, it does not put a large load on the bolt, greatly preventing bolt breakage accidents.
