■Features

This wetting agent reduces plastisol viscosity at low shear forces. Particularly suitable for unfilled formulations, low to medium filled formulations, colored and expanded plastisols. Performance mainly depends on the PVC resin used.

■Recommended addition amount

0.5-2% as an additive to PVC resin. Please use the recommended addition amount as an initial value when confirming the appropriate blending amount. Please conduct actual tests to determine the optimum amount to add.

■Addition method

Please add this additive during plastisol production or just before processing.
