■Wetting agent for PVC plastisol that provides a viscosity-reducing effect with low shear force. Reliable viscosity adjustment in each process is most important in the PVC plastisol field. This viscosity control provides a consistent manufacturing process and superior product quality. Particularly suitable for unfilled formulations, low to medium filled formulations, colored and expanded plastisols. Performance mainly depends on the PVC resin used. ■Recommended addition amount 0.5-2% as an additive to PVC resin. Please use the recommended addition amount as an initial value when confirming the appropriate blending amount. Please conduct actual tests to determine the optimum amount to add. ■Addition method Please add this additive during plastisol production or just before processing.
