About This Product

A static mixer is a stationary mixer (line mixer) without a driving part. The fluid injected into the static mixer is divided, converted, and reversed by the elements, and is sequentially stirred and mixed. It has excellent mixing efficiency that can accommodate a variety of processing conditions, is suitable for mixing and dispersing high viscosity substances, and is also ideal for use as a tubular reactor with short residence time.

By combining with the DEX-GP gear pump, screen changer, and static mixer, we achieve high efficiency and provide highly accurate and uniform products without impurities. At our company, we calculate the resistance value of the static mixer according to "Watanabe Theory" and propose the optimal size. 

■FeaturesIt has the ability to mix and disperse various liquids, bring temperature-sensitive liquids to a uniform temperature, and serve as a pipe reactor to uniformly distribute liquids in a short time.
