About This Product

The feed block converts various resins into laminar flows, merges the laminar flows, and distributes them to dies. GMA's feed block for T-Dice allows accurate flow adjustment by changing the multi-layer configuration and valve operation by replacing flow path changing parts without removing the main body. At Ryu M&AG, we provide the most suitable products for each customer's environment. 

We handle feed blocks with over 100 layers, and we also accept customization for various T-die connection structures.

■FeaturesCompatible with extruder equipment for sheets, films, hollow sheets, multilayer lamination sheets, etc. We also manufacture and provide customized products with standards other than those listed in the specifications column.
・Compatible with various T-die connection structures
- Split design for easy disassembly, inspection, and cleaning
・Product structure: 2 to 100 layers or more
・Even when changing the coextrusion conditions significantly, there is no need to remove the feed block or make adjustments by simply replacing the flow path changing parts.
・The ratio of each layer can be easily changed using a precise flow rate adjustment valve.
・In addition to equipment configurations that combine with T-dies for coextrusion, we can also provide systems that integrate gear pumps, screen changers, and control panels.
