About This Product

Hollow plate T-dies are compatible with polypropylene (PP) and polycarbonate (PC) resins.

An independent air regulator with air flow stabilizer allows for easy adjustment of a single section without being influenced by other sections, thereby reducing adjustment time and improving product quality. The cooling molding machine has a patented cold water vacuum airflow design and advanced surface treatment to achieve high stability and durability.

 An inner/outer width adjustment system is also available as an option (PP only). 

■Features・Cooling molding machines manufactured using specially treated materials achieve the highest wear resistance and prevent scratches on products.
・Multi-layer hollow plate that takes advantage of resin properties reduces manufacturing costs.
・Easy adjustment of air volume for each section with independent air regulator
