About This Product

GMA has been manufacturing and developing T-dies since 1990. Furthermore, in order to meet the needs of our customers, we are conducting research and development on a daily basis, including enhancing our equipment such as high-speed CNC machines and 5-axis processing machines, and introducing German plating technology and equipment for mirror finishing inside manifolds. We manufacture and sell T-dies that can be used with a wide variety of resin materials and products. We also accept various custom-made designs and repair of molds made by other companies.

T-dies for sheets and films are compatible with a variety of resins and perform uniform, smooth, high-quality molding. Use vacuum box and air knife together to improve product quality. In addition, the width and thickness can be adjusted by adding options. We also accept various custom-made designs and repair of molds made by other companies.

■Options・Automatic T-Dice (heat bolt type) In conjunction with the sheet/film thickness measuring device, the die slip is automatically adjusted to keep the film thickness constant.
・Uses German heat bolt
・Heat bolts can be replaced during operation
・Achieve accurate adjustment with ball end adjustment heat bolt
・T-Dice with inner deckle width adjustment system Changes the width of the product.

■Features・Compatible with a wide variety of resins and products
- Compatible with highly adhesive resins due to high polishing treatment and special anti-adhesive treatment
・Improve product quality by using vacuum box and air knife together
・Fishtail-shaped manifold reduces stagnation
・We provide feed blocks for coextrusion.
