About This Product

The bolt-type screen changer (BSC) has a filter placed on each bolt at the end of the two-pronged internal flow path, and is operated by each hydraulic cylinder. Filter cleaning allows the entire production line to run without stopping by replacing the bolt filters alternately.

We propose a new method for installing the screen changer, installing it downstream of the gear pump. As a result, the extruder discharge pressure can be reduced to 30-50 Bar, improving the efficiency of the extruder equipment by more than 30%. Additionally, by keeping the extruder discharge pressure low, the rise in resin temperature is also reduced, increasing the extruder's production capacity.
