About This Product

Dog nail manufacturing has been going hand in hand with Japan's long history of railways. Even today, it is used to fasten rails as wooden sleepers and synthetic sleepers, and is highly rated both domestically and internationally. The angle of the head below the chin is 1:10. This is the dog nail most commonly used today. General use was established in 1963, and an improved version with a 5mm thicker head was established in 1978 for general use and N rail use. Later, in 1985, a non-slip pad was added to the head. The one currently in use is the one specified by JIS in 1990, and is for N rail.
