About This Product

In order to maintain the performance of the urethane waterproof layer, the film thickness in the process plays an important role. Even if the necessary materials per area are sufficient, local film thickness may occur due to unevenness and undulating base. By managing the membrane thickness, vulnerable parts are discovered early and ensuring the minimum membrane thickness. This instrument is a membrane thick meter equipped with a new sensor for urethane waterproof, based on the membrane thickening technology generally used at the painting site. It is a non -destruction measurement that only presses the sensor to the urethane waterproof layer constructed by the ventilation and warm shock method *, so anyone can easily measure it without damaging the surface. In addition, this instrument has acquired test data with the cooperation of the Building Waterproof and Safety Council (one company). * Only if the surface is using an aluminum ventilation warm shine sheet.

■ Pressure dispersion plate

The attached pressure dispersion plate prevents deformation of urethane measurement surface by pressure at the probe tip when measuring.
