About This Product
Pharmaceutical water is manufactured by combining equipment such as pre-treatment RO equipment, electric regenerated water deionization equipment (EDI), UF equipment, and WFI production equipment in order to meet strict quality requirements. In addition, Rosuki's know-how is utilized in safely storing manufactured water, maintaining quality, and supplying it to points of use, and we cooperate with each user in a wide range of areas, including quality control and maintenance. We have done so.
■In-house design/production and in-house validation
Rosuki's water treatment equipment is designed and manufactured in-house. Rosiki not only provides equipment, but also performs validation, allowing reliable management of DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
■Many sales results
Rosuiki has many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry's water injection equipment, purified water production equipment, etc. We can work directly with end users or as a subcontractor to engineering companies and general contractors. We deliver a number of devices that can support three stations, including unitization of UF devices and RO devices that meet customer requests.
■Maintenance support
We have a long track record of delivery, and the equipment we deliver is designed with maintainability in mind, making maintenance easy. We have sales offices in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Shizuoka (branch offices) as well as the technical department at our head office in Yokohama, and we provide our customers with suggestions from sales staff and recommendations for replacement at the next maintenance time from the technicians who performed the maintenance. This allows for close follow-up after-sales service.
■Water quality analysis/microbial analysis
In order to suggest equipment and plants that are optimal for our customers' purposes, we handle everything in-house, from analyzing raw water. In addition, we conduct test runs of the equipment and plants we have delivered and analyze the treated water to ensure that the equipment and plants meet the required standards.
