About This Product
Impurities (microorganisms, pyrogens, etc.) are separated and removed from purified water through distillation to produce pure steam (PS) and water for injection (WFI).
■In-house production of PS/WFI manufacturing equipment compliant with small pressure vessel standards
At ROSUIKI, we manufacture PS/WFI manufacturing equipment in-house that is compliant with small pressure vessels based on our manufacturing capabilities. Since it is not made overseas, the parts are designed according to Japanese standards (JIS, ISO) and can be procured domestically. Since it is not a Class 1 pressure vessel standard, annual pressure tests by a registered performance testing organization are not required. (Regular self-inspection is required)
■High performance jet cyclone
When distilling feed water to remove impurities, steam and water separation is performed using various methods. At Rosuki, we use a thin film flow method for evaporation, and in addition, we use a jet cyclone that uses aerodynamics for centrifugal separation. We are hiring. Through many years of research, it has become possible to separate air and water more reliably than conventional cyclones or gravity separation methods.
