■Maximize the filtration area with multi-surface filtration mechanism (NF series)By sandwiching filter media (filter paper or filter cloth) on both sides of the filter plate, a dual-sided filtration mechanism is realized and the amount of filtration processed is increased.

■Suitable for filtration with large amounts of cake (HPF series)The height can be adjusted according to the amount of cake, and by filtering only on one side, it has a structure that can retain a large amount of cake even when filtering liquids with a large amount of cake.

■Easy cake recovery after filtration (HPF series)Because the filter plate is horizontal, solids and filter aid (cake) in the captured liquid are held in a stable shape and can be easily recovered.

■There is no residual liquid and the undiluted solution can be completely filtered.A filter paper/filter cloth is also placed at the bottom of the filtration machine, which completely filters all residual liquid so that no residual liquid remains.

■Filtration principleMulti-stage filtration is possible by stacking filter frames and filter media (filter paper/filter cloth) alternately. Since the NF series can sandwich the top and bottom of the filter plate with filter media, it is possible to filter from both sides of the filter plate, increasing the amount of filtration.

The HPF series sandwiches the filter medium only at the top of the filter plate, so it filters only from one side of the filter plate, and the filtration amount is less than the NF series, but in return, it retains a very large amount of cake. It becomes possible. In addition, the cake can be easily recovered after filtration. We also select the accuracy of the model and filter media (filter paper/filter cloth) based on the viscosity of the target liquid, amount of cake, purpose of filtration, etc.
