About This Product

This filter material is fired into a cylindrical shape using silica sand (quartz) as the main raw material. Unique molding and firing methods result in uniform pore size. Because it is an insoluble high-temperature sintered body, the material will not be eluted or mixed into the filtrate and will not affect the components of the stock solution. Since this is a filter material exclusively for pre-coating, filtration accuracy can be adjusted depending on the formation conditions of the pre-coating layer.

■Ideal for pre-coat filtration

Since it is a filter medium with uniform pore size, it is possible to form a stable pre-coat layer with uniform layer thickness.

■Easy to backwash and can be used repeatedly

Since Cerawhite has a porosity of 50% or more, the precoat can be easily removed by backwashing, so there is little residual agent remaining in the pores, and the cost of using filter media can be minimized.

■Auxiliary agent does not leak

Due to the thick sintered structure, the openings do not open even when pressure is applied, and the auxiliary agent does not leak.
