About This Product

■Summary

・Usually, case molds are made of plaster, but this case mold is made of resin using epoxy resin. - Target objects are only round shapes. -The main body (base) is made of plaster, the same as before, but the outer frame is made of epoxy resin + silicone rubber. ・As of 1992, 25 years ago, we established the production of resin case molds for round objects, and the production method we use today remains the same. ・At that time, we had a track record of molding multiple sizes of roller machine molds with resin case molds using 20kg to 90kg of plaster per mold. ・We have decided to open up our resin case molds, which we have traditionally produced for in-house use, in the hope of widespread use in the plaster mold industry.

■Features

・The outer frame is ring-shaped, and there is no vertically divided part required for plaster. ・Because there are no vertically divided parts, a perfectly circular plaster mold is created. - Improves the accuracy (fitting) of loading into dowels or sitters. ・Even if it is a plaster mold that requires a hand around the circumference, it can be removed while still retaining the ring shape made of epoxy resin and silicone rubber. -The resin outer frame is lighter and more durable than the plaster one, and has ample handles, making it easy to hold and attach/detach. - Saves labor and improves efficiency in plaster molding work. In particular, it reduces the burden on workers. ・When demolding, there is no need for any special tools such as jigs; demolding can be done using only an air compressor and an air gun. ・We believe that the lifespan of a resin outer frame is several times longer than that of a plaster frame.

■Points to note

- Regarding the silicone rubber part, if it is determined that the accuracy of loading into the dowel or sitter has deteriorated due to aging, we recommend replacing the silicone rubber (for a fee). -When storing resin case-type products, please keep them indoors to avoid high temperatures of 40℃ or higher and high humidity, and do not store them in places with temperatures below 10℃ during the winter.
