About This Product

A concentrated cleaning agent developed with an emphasis on the environment.

■Features

EASY UP is a concentrated cleaning agent developed with an emphasis on the environment. This detergent is a stable blend of enzymes extracted from plants (papaya) and high alcohol surfactants. It is non-ionic and can be used in conjunction with other anionic detergents, and can be used in hard water and seawater. It has almost no effect on metal ions dissolved in water. Since it is a concentrated liquid detergent, it requires 1/10 to 1/30 of the amount used (our comparison) compared to conventional detergents, making it highly economical. Biodegradability is 99.8%. (Based on test results from Osaka City Industrial Research Institute)

■Applications

One-bath cleaning that eliminates rinsing after immersion ultrasonic cleaning of parts such as metal, glass, and resin.

■How to use

・Cleaning method: Immersion ultrasonic cleaning, immersion rocking cleaning ・Concentration: 0.1 to 1.0 [%] ・Time: 1-5 [minutes] ・Temperature: 30 to 70 [℃]

■Liquid management

When storing, avoid direct sunlight as the enzyme may denature. The enzyme may precipitate, so shake the bottle well before use. If you leave the diluted cleaning agent for a long time, the power of the enzyme may decrease, so we recommend using it within 30 hours. This cleaning agent has a very high concentration, so be careful not to drip when diluting the undiluted solution. Painted parts may change color or fade. If it should get on the painted part, wipe it off immediately with a wet cloth. This cleaning agent does not burn when diluted, but burns at 220 [℃] when it is undiluted.
