About This Product
■What is VGVF flange?
This flange has the dimensions and quality specified in the JIS standard (JIS B 2290), and is mainly used for joints for vacuum piping and chambers from low vacuum to high vacuum areas. V in VGVF stands for ``Vacuum'', G stands for ``Gasket'', and F stands for ``Flat''. Those with O-ring grooves are (VG), those without are (VF), and they are used depending on the mating flange. Masu.
V series O-rings are mainly used for flange seals. The V series O-rings are preconfigured with dimensions that match the JIS standard flange grooves, so they can be easily selected and are in stock.
■About the material
The basic material is SUS304. We also handle SUS316L products.
*For overseas products, we use materials that comply with Japanese standards.
■About leak inspection
All products with welded structures (pipes, adapters, etc.) undergo He leak tests (10^-9Pa･m2/sec or less).
■About seal surface protection
JIS flanges do not have protective caps. We use packaging materials and securely protect the items before shipping.
