■ICF flange
We handle SUS304L as standard for CF (Conflat Flange) standard products. The CF standard shape allows a high degree of vacuum to be maintained by inserting an oxygen-free copper gasket into a sharp groove (knife edge) carved into the vacuum side, sandwiching it with the mating flange, and tightening the flange with bolts.
CF flanges are manufactured in a combination of blank/perforated, drilled/tapped hole, and fixed/rotating specifications depending on the application. The sharp knife edge engages with the mating flange and is tightened by the gasket, making it possible to draw a vacuum to the ultra-high vacuum range.
In addition to regular flanges, we also have zero length conversion to convert the flange size and double-sided edge flanges with knife edge processing on both sides of the flange.
■About the material
The basic material is SUS304L. We also handle SUS304 and SUS316L products.
*For overseas products, we use materials that comply with Japanese standards.
■About leak inspection
All products with welded structures (pipes, adapters, etc.) undergo He leak tests (10^-9Pa・m2/sec or less).
■About seal surface protection
A protective cap is attached to the flange to protect the sealing surface. (Up to ICF253) We also sell protective caps individually.
■Features
・Standard material: SUS304L
・For SUS316L, please specify -6L at the end.
・Bolt holes end with "H=cut hole, T=tapped hole"
・With protective cap
