About This Product
■Basic principle of coupling
NW (KF) standard clamps are made by swinging a pair of aluminum bodies, attaching them to the flange, and tightening them with thumbscrews. This allows you to connect piping/fittings and draw vacuum between vacuum equipment and other equipment.
■About the material
The basic material is SUS304. We also handle SUS316 and SUS316L products.
*For overseas products, we use materials that comply with Japanese standards.
■About leak inspection
All products with welded structures (pipes, adapters, etc.) undergo He leak tests (10^-9Pa･m2/sec or less).
■About pipe diameter
The pipe diameter is determined by the JIS standard (JIS G 3459), and the thickness is based on Sch10. We also handle Sch5 and overseas standard sizes.
■Features

・M6 hexagonal bolt, with washer (SS material)
・Common for NW16 to NW50 flanges
