For preventing failures on panels with many insulation defects.``No condensation'' is a humidity control sheet that contains a non-woven fabric coated with a polymer humidity control material using a special method to achieve the optimum humidity control effect.

In outdoor enclosures during rainy weather, inside tunnels, underground, etc., the humidity outside the enclosure reaches almost 100%. Unless the housing is completely sealed, it is impossible to prevent moisture from entering the inside. Moisture that has entered the housing will cause condensation in cooler areas depending on the temperature. In particular, due to the heat generated by the equipment installed inside the case, the inside of the case is always hotter than the outside, causing condensation to form on the inside walls of the case.

This condensation impairs equipment reliability, shortens its lifespan, and leads to failure. In order to prevent this kind of situation, up until now we have used heaters to prevent condensation from forming, or installed coolers and dehumidifiers.

This "no condensation" product keeps the humidity inside the panel below 85%Rh by simply pasting it on the wall such as behind the panel door. At maximum, it can hold almost the same amount of water vapor as the mass of the humidity conditioner. Also, unlike silica gel, it wicks away moisture and regains its moisture absorption ability when humidity is low, so it can be used continuously rather than being thrown away, making it extremely economical.
