About This Product

Removes harmful substances contained in solder smoke (lead-free compatible)
■About solder fumeThe size of harmful substances (particles) contained in fume (smoke) generated from solder is generally said to be 0.05 to 10 μm. Among these particles, the size of particles that are particularly dangerous to the human body is 0.5 to 5 μm (the size that can accumulate in the lungs).

These harmful substances contain many irritating substances and can cause symptoms such as sore throats and eyes, and asthma. In addition, contact with the human body may cause symptoms such as skin irritation and allergies. It is recommended to install environment-improving equipment such as smoke extraction equipment during soldering work.

■About filter replacementRemove and replace the top cover and filter fixing knob. (Easy to do with no tools required)

・Pre-filter → Remove the filter material from the casing and replace only the filter material.
・Activated carbon filter → Remove the casing and replace only the activated carbon.
・Semi-HEPA filter → Replace the entire casing
