About This Product

■User-friendly exhaust arm

The SD system supports its own weight with a built-in spring. Models with long arms have an external gas spring installed instead of an internal spring. With this structure, the weight of the arm is supported by the arm itself, allowing the worker to easily move it to the optimal position.

■Easy maintenance and high durability

In order to use the SD system for a long time, it is necessary to keep it clean at all times. The arm can be easily disassembled and reassembled without using tools, making cleaning easy. All parts are made of carefully selected high-quality materials for high durability and easy maintenance. The plastic parts are made of impact-resistant polypropylene (PP). Aluminum parts are anodized. The bracket is powder coated inside and out. The stays, springs, and screws built into the arm are all made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, so you can use it for a long time with peace of mind.

■Measurement of pressure drop and efficiency

This SD system has had its noise level, pressure loss, and efficiency measured by the Danish Institute of Technology.

■The recommended air volume for SD System 100 is 140 to 400m3/h

The SD System 100 is suitable for work requiring large displacements, such as laboratories, hospitals, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, food industry, university laboratories, and mechanical industries.

■Please choose depending on the work situation.

The SD system can be easily mounted to a table, wall, or ceiling using standard brackets. You can freely choose from a wide variety of materials, mounting positions, arm lengths, and nozzle/hood combinations to fit any workplace. When installing, the mounting part must have sufficient strength. Cannot be installed on suspended ceilings, thin veneer, plasterboard, thin metal plates, foam materials, etc. Please provide sufficient reinforcement or attach directly to the main body. *SD100's wall bracket has a different shape.

■Differences in materials

Depending on the material, the SD system is made of regular aluminum, as well as anti-static and chemical-resistant products.
