About This Product

If smoke from the work process is not exhausted from the source, the pollution will spread throughout the workplace. For a cleaner working environment, local exhaust ventilation is the best choice.

■User-friendly exhaust arm

The SD system supports its own weight with a built-in spring. Models with long arms have an external gas spring installed instead of an internal spring. With this structure, the weight of the arm is supported by the arm itself, allowing the worker to easily move it to the optimal position.

■Easy maintenance and high durability

In order to use the SD system for a long time, it is necessary to keep it clean at all times. The arm can be easily disassembled and reassembled without using tools, making cleaning easy. All parts are made of carefully selected high-quality materials for high durability and easy maintenance. The plastic parts are made of impact-resistant polypropylene (PP). Aluminum parts are anodized. The bracket is powder coated inside and out. ■The recommended air volume for SD System 50 is 45 to 85m3/h.

Applications for which the SD System 50 is suitable occur in small areas such as electronics, laboratories, dental clinics, laser therapy, school laboratories, barber and cosmetology schools, hair salons, nail studios, decorative accessory workshops, goldsmith processing, etc. Suitable for suctioning odors, smoke and dust.
