About This Product
Space Liquid is a newly developed high softening point, chemical resistant liquid wax for temporary fixing during back grinding of patterned wafers. Ideal for processes that generate higher temperatures than sky liquid or processes that use chemicals. The coating film can be applied at a thickness approximately 5 to 10 times that of Sky Liquid, so it will not affect the pattern surface. Cleaning can be done with a solvent.
