About This Product
Astro Liquid is a liquid wax that was developed as a temporary fixing wax during back grinding of patterned semiconductor device wafers, and the thickness of the coating film can be adjusted by selecting the concentration. It has excellent applicability, adhesion, and processing resistance to uneven patterned surfaces, and can be cleaned with a solvent such as IPA after processing.
