About This Product

■Summary

vapor. Kokumi-an is a third kind of bean paste that is rich in flavor and melts in the mouth, and is neither koshi-an nor grain-based bean paste. 100% yield, 15% reduction in working time, reduction in water consumption and wastewater treatment amount. Can capacity: raw grain 30~90kg Features

■A new bean paste that is rich in flavor and melts in your mouth

・After cooking the original "umami and aroma" of azuki beans using the unmanned grain bean paste unit CAT, the rich bean paste unit finely grinds the bean skin without destroying the bean paste particles, creating a paste with a mellow texture. Finishes with ``Kokumi-an'' (Patent No. 4491617). ・Because it is an unmanned grain bean paste unit CAT, it is of course possible to produce grain bean paste.

■Numerous advantages compared to koshian

Compared to koshian, kokumi an has the following advantages.

■Benefits of rich-flavored bean paste

・Production process is simplified, equipment costs are significantly reduced, and productivity per unit area is improved (approximately 45% installation space) ・100% yield (15-20% increase), no need to dispose of skin ・You can ingest the dietary fiber and polyphenols contained in the skin. ・Approximately 80% water saving, no need for drainage equipment required for making bean paste (90% reduction in wastewater volume) ・Work time is reduced by approximately 15% as boiling liquid is used and no bleaching process is required. ・Freedom from hard labor ・Since each process is automated, it can be operated by one woman if it is used for 1 bale (60 kg) of raw grain.
