■A new bean paste that is rich in flavor and melts in your mouth
・After cooking the original "umami and aroma" of azuki beans using the unmanned grain bean paste unit CAT, the rich bean paste unit finely grinds the bean skin without destroying the bean paste particles, creating a paste with a mellow texture. Finishes with ``Kokumi-an'' (Patent No. 4491617).
・Because it is an unmanned grain bean paste unit CAT, it is of course possible to produce grain bean paste.

Compared to koshian, kokumi an has the following advantages.
