Features
■Making flavored rice dishes
・By using the rice cooking method, beans are cooked deliciously and tenderly without causing any splitting. We make use of the natural ``umami and aroma'' of azuki beans to create the most delicious grained bean paste that satisfies the texture.
・Since there is no transfer of beans, there is no runoff of bean paste. Achieved 100% yield.
・Because the number of spatulas used during annealing is small, the grain retention rate of beans has been greatly improved (80% grain retention rate for dorayaki bean paste).
■One unit for everything from bean boiling to bean paste
・Fully automatically controls everything from boiling the beans to cutting the soybeans, cooking them, pickling them in honey, and thickening them in one pot.
・Fully automated, there is no fluctuation in quality and yield, and if the same raw beans are used, they are polished uniformly every time. The process of cooking bean paste can be registered for each product. Additionally, process changes can be easily made.
・Since all the honey pickling liquid is used as a product, there is no generation of honey waste or honey deterioration. Honey filtering equipment and regeneration equipment are no longer required.
