- As standard, 15 types of reference recipes such as jam, custard cream, ganache, praline, etc. are registered, so please use them to create your own recipes.

- Equipped with swivel casters for easy movement.

- Adopts an IH system for heating, which allows you to accurately control the heating temperature and cook at the optimal temperature without burning. Additionally, compared to steam heating systems, there is no need for a boiler or steam generator, resulting in fuel cost benefits.

250 types of recipes can be saved. You can record data, save and share recipes, update the system, and add recipes. A modem can be installed as an option.
