■Smooth texture and mouthfeel

- Easy to replace filtration screen (made of stainless steel) can be selected according to the application. ・Ideal for removing foreign substances before filling.

■Safety and hygiene design

Safety design with a rostol installed at the hopper opening (SI will not move unless a rostol is attached).

■Structure for easy disassembly and cleaning

- Easy to disassemble, making it easy to clean and hygienic. -The exterior is made of hygienic stainless steel.

■Labor saving

The SI's automatic feeding device allows it to reliably feed even highly viscous materials without causing bridging. In addition, the material placed in the hopper is automatically emptied, allowing safe work. Equipped with casters so it can be easily moved.

■Applications

Jam (pulping and filtration of boiled fruits), Kinton (removal of strings from sweet potatoes), Chestnuts (removal of bitterness and astringent skin), various pastes (removal of lumps), Mentaiko (barako)・Squid pith, sweet potato, pumpkin, okara, egg yolk, roux, tofu, sake lees, miso, frozen sweets, hanpen, etc. Various kinds of rinds such as fish and meat, minced meat production, fabric dough, bones, skin, tendons, scales separation/removal, etc.
