・IH (electromagnetic induction heating) You can freely control the heating temperature for each coil, and you can also control the degree of frying. The wall temperature sensor allows you to understand the stir-fry temperature numerically and maintain the optimal stir-fry temperature.
- Stir-frying time can be adjusted by changing the inclination angle of the drum and the rotation speed of the scraping blade. Achieves the optimal stir-fry texture according to the product being produced.
・The rotation speed of the scraping blade and the rotation speed of the drum can be adjusted individually according to the product being produced.
■Rice that won't crumble, noodles that won't break, stir-fry cooking with less damage (α mechanism)
- By rotating the drum in the opposite direction to the rotation of the scraping blades, the number of times and area of scraping increases, further preventing burning.
