・By taking advantage of the advantages of vertical shaft stirring and horizontal shaft stirring, it is effective for stirring vertically and horizontally. - Due to the rotation and revolution of the stirring shaft, there is no rotational dead center, and food is mixed and stirred evenly without burning or damaging food even at low speeds, bringing out the flavor and aroma of the ingredients.

■Safe and sanitary design that is easy for anyone to handle

・Since there are no protrusions around the blade shaft, the structure complies with the Industrial Safety and Health Regulations enforced in 2013, making it easy to install and remove the blade shaft. -The stirring head is made of stainless steel, with emphasis on ease of cleaning and durability under harsh conditions caused by heat.

■Heat source, stirring bar, etc. can be selected according to the food.

・With steam heating, the heat source can be easily centrally controlled, and when multiple units are installed, benefits can be obtained in terms of fuel costs and production stability. - There is also a high-pressure steam heating type (maximum steam specification pressure 0.7MPa = 169℃) that allows cooking at higher temperatures and in a shorter time. - Can also be used as a 2 or 3 pestle type agitator with simple parts replacement.

Various sweet bean paste, Ogura bean paste, grain bean paste, yokan, nishikidama, water yokan, kinton, gyuhi, jelly, jam, marmalade, custard cream, fondant, filling, stew, gratin, roux, tsukudani, denbu, cream croquette, peanut miso , sauces, soups, sauces, etc.
