Features
■Prevents co-rotation, suppresses scorching, and prevents clumping (α mechanism: patent)
- Can be stirred in forward rotation (scraping) and reverse rotation (smoothing).
- Stirring that alternately repeats scraping and smoothing (pictured) prevents the product from drying out and prevents scorching on the inside of the pot, even with easily scorched foods.
- Foods that tend to harden can be mixed without mixing while unraveling them.
