About This Product

■Summary

■ Gently stir delicate products without damaging them

A unique two-shaft stirring system consisting of a scraping stirring shaft (main shaft blade) and a sub-shaft (secondary blade) that is effective for vertical stirring, and a hemispherical can body that utilizes the principle of natural flow, prevents damage to delicate products. Gently stir without stirring to create a stable product.

■Easy-to-clean stainless steel exterior

The all-stainless steel exterior is highly durable, easy to clean, and hygienic.

■Safety design

・Since it uses steam heating, centralized control and maintenance of the heat source can be easily performed, and it is safer than gas heating. - There is no shaft seal or bacteria accumulation in the product contact area, so there is no need to worry about contamination. - If you flip up the stirrer, it will stop rotating automatically.

■Various options can be selected according to the application

- By adding automatic control devices such as the optional SWS automatic weighing system and temperature control, you can obtain high quality and stable products. ・A lid and bottom release valve are available as options to meet the convenience of chefs.

■Oblique shaft type is also available.

The lineup also includes an oblique shaft type OCM model with an agitator attached diagonally. It is possible to more effectively stir vertically, horizontally, and horizontally.
