・Roasting and simmering processes can be done in one pot, eliminating the need for transfer work. The stir-fried flavor of IH is added to the steam cooking, allowing for even more delicious cooking.
- The diagonal scraping stirring shaft and hemispherical can body work together to effectively stir and mix vertically and horizontally. It brings out the flavor and aroma of ingredients without impairing their physical properties.
・Since there is no bearing structure inside the pot and bolts and nuts have been removed, there is no bacteria buildup, and there is no need to worry about bacteria falling due to the airtight structure using the overhead stirring method (allergen countermeasure machine).
