■Mix and stir uniformly in a short time using oblique shaft stirring

Structure of cooking mixer - The diagonal scraping stirring shaft and hemispherical can body work together to effectively stir and mix vertically and horizontally. ・It is possible to create homogeneous and stable products without damaging the physical properties of ingredients.

■Easy to clean, structure with no shaft seal or bacteria accumulation

・In addition to the overhead oblique shaft stirring method that eliminates shaft seals and bacteria accumulation, the kettle is made without screws. ・There is no need to worry about bacteria falling due to the sealed structure. - Has a structure with excellent sanitation and is HACCP compliant. ・The bottom removal valve can be disassembled and cleaned.
