About This Product

■Easy to clean as the entire can body can be washed

Since the operation panel is movable, the can body can be washed completely.

■Space-saving and highly safe face touch joint

- By eliminating the steam riser piping, the space-saving design improves workability and safety. - There is no drain pool in the piping, and the use of the SWS automatic weighing system (optional) improves reproducibility and temperature rise efficiency.

■Jacket structure tailored to dynamic horizontal plane

・The dynamic horizontal jacket structure allows for even heating and cooling heat exchange, preventing scorching and producing a stable product. ・Because the heat transfer area is large, the temperature rises quickly, and the production volume per batch is high, making it excellent in cost performance.

■Steam heating

- Centralized control and maintenance of the heat source is easy, and it is safer than gas heating. ・The maximum working pressure of steam can be used up to 0.3 MPa, so it is suitable for high-temperature cooking (high-pressure steam can also be used).

■Applications

Various types of bean paste, grain bean paste, yokan, mizuyokan, nishikidama, kinton, gyuhi, jelly, jam, marmalade, custard cream, fondant, filling, stew, gratin, roux, tsukudani, denbu, cream croquette, sauce, soup, sauce etc.
