■Jacket structure tailored to dynamic horizontal plane

■Steam heating

- Centralized control and maintenance of the heat source is easy, and it is safer than gas heating. ・The maximum working pressure of steam can be used up to 0.3 MPa, so it is suitable for high-temperature cooking (high-pressure steam can also be used).

■Stainless steel exterior

The all-stainless steel exterior is highly durable, easy to clean, and hygienic.

■Measuring equipment

・Product temperature sensor and timer are standard equipment. ・The wall temperature sensor (optional) measures the surface temperature of the pot, allowing you to control the heat level numerically without burning the pot. ・SWS automatic weighing system (optional) is a device that controls processes by weight. This eliminates variations from batch to batch, allowing you to obtain stable products.
