About This Product

■Summary

■A stirring method that prevents scorching (α mechanism: patent)

- Can be stirred in forward rotation (scraping) and reverse rotation (smoothing). ・Agitation that alternates between scraping and smoothing prevents the product from drying out, and prevents scorching on the inside of the pot, even with easily scorched foods. - Foods that tend to harden can be mixed without mixing while unraveling them.

■Production time reduction and quality improvement brought about by the α mechanism

・Production time is significantly shortened, quality is improved, and yield is increased. It has superior cost performance compared to conventional models. ・Since there is no scorch or gully on the back of the blade (compacted product), there is no need to worry about them getting mixed into the product. A non-charred pot interior makes cleaning much easier. Drainage load is also reduced.

■Jacket structure tailored to dynamic horizontal plane

・The dynamic horizontal jacket structure allows for even heating and cooling heat exchange, preventing scorching and producing a stable product. ・Because the heat transfer area is large, the temperature rises quickly, and the production volume per batch is high, making it excellent in cost performance.

■Steam heating

- Centralized control and maintenance of the heat source is easy, and it is safer than gas heating. ・The maximum working pressure of steam can be used up to 0.3 MPa, so it is suitable for high-temperature cooking (high-pressure steam can also be used).

■Applications

Yellow-flavored bean paste, brick paste, murasame dough, bean paste for baked goods, chestnut bean paste, vegetable bean paste, flower paste, potato paste, potato filling, bread dough for hot water soup, baking dough for cookies, etc.
