About This Product

■Product overview

This is a tray caser that boxes cups that are transported in two rows into a tray case. Cups are arranged in groups of 6 while maintaining a constant pitch by screw conveyance, and are taken out by a blower suction type robot hand without stopping the conveyance using encoder tracking, and 2 cases of 6 cups are simultaneously transferred to the pitch-conveyed tray case. Insert. This example is a tapered cup (2 x 3 = 6 pieces) with an outer diameter of 90 mm and a height of 65 mm. (*It is possible to handle cups with different outer diameters and heights by several millimeters depending on the settings for each type.) Cups with poor suction or poor alignment will be discharged from the system by screw conveyance, causing automatic operation to malfunction. It is possible to continue removing the cup without stopping. In the next process, the tray cases that have been inserted are checked for quantity and discharged downstream. A tray cartoning line for cups is constructed by connecting a tray box making machine to the previous process using a conveyor.
