About This Product

■Product overview

This is a robot caser that boxes oval bottles that are transported in a single row. A robot takes out 3 to 4 bottles in a row and inserts them in rows into an inclined case. The number of inputs can be adjusted for each type by the number of take-outs and number of insertions. This example corresponds to 500ml bottles (4 x 5 = 20 bottles) and (3 x 4 = 12 bottles). Bottles that are outside the specification range can be manually filled using the turntable, which also serves as a pass mode. Once the case has been inserted, the partition sheet will be automatically inserted using the partition insertion device in the next process. A bottle packaging line is constructed by connecting a box making machine in the front process and a weight checker and box sealing machine in the back process using a conveyor.
