About This Product

■Introducing a wrap round caser equipped with Yamato's original suction head [patented]

The cardboard sheets stocked in the magazine section are pulled out one by one, and the sheets are placed on standby in the product insertion section. A parallel robot picks up 3 to 4 bags of products transported from upstream and transfers them onto cardboard sheets. After the product is loaded and the sheets are stacked and inserted for a few minutes, hot melt is first applied to the body patch, then hot melt is applied to the folded inner flap, and the sides and body patch are crimped with a plate to form the case. It is molded into a shape and transported out of the machine.

- Daiwa original suction head [Patent] (Patent No. 6275910) By installing it, products that cannot be stacked can be individually suctioned and formed into sashimi-like or rice-shaped shapes. ・By raising the case 90 degrees when discharging the case, the product inside stands up and a stable packing condition is established.
