About This Product

■Quickly and accurately from stacking aligned products to case sealing.

The products conveyed in one line on the product conveyor are stacked and aligned, and then transferred onto the waiting sheet. This is a series of equipment that wraps products in cardboard, melts them, and then transports them out of the machine. The stack of sheets is stacked in the magazine section, taken out one by one, and placed on standby in the insertion section. The products to be transported from the product conveyor are stacked and aligned, and then transferred onto the waiting cardboard sheet by the product pusher. After being transferred, the product is transported using a cardboard attachment. The melt is applied, wrapped in a sheet, shaped and crimped from all directions, and then discharged outside the machine. We have achieved faster processing speeds by shortening case molding time and increasing the efficiency of case transport.
