About This Product

■Product overview

・This device allows two workers to pull out one of the sheets loaded in two sheet magazine sections from the bottom, transport it to the lifter section, and wait. In the product supply section, the products transported from upstream are manually stacked on the bucket conveyor, and when the specified number of products have been stacked, they are manually transferred from the bucket onto the waiting sheet in the lifter section. Lift down. The sheet into which the product is inserted is first coated with hot melt on the inner flap, then the outer flap is automatically folded in and the flap is crimped with a plate to form a case.The inkjet printer on the printing conveyor prints on the side and top surfaces. This is a series of equipment that transports the waste downstream. ・Products supplied from two lines are packaged separately. - There are two sheet magazines, which automatically feed according to the product. ・The case feeding mechanism is controlled by an inverter to ensure stable box production. - Stamp will be stamped according to each item.
